Designed as the home’s main bathroom, the layout balances openness and comfort with a generous walk-in shower and a built-in bathtub positioned side by side. The frameless glass screen keeps sightlines clear, allowing natural light to flow through the space and making the room feel larger and more connected. This thoughtful planning creates a practical wet zone while maintaining a calm, uncluttered environment for everyday family use.

Large-format stone-look tiles wrap seamlessly across the walls and floors, introducing warm texture and a timeless foundation. Brushed brass tapware, a timber vanity and soft lighting add depth and warmth, elevating the space with a subtle spa-like feel. The result is a modern bathroom that feels both luxurious and highly functional — easy to maintain, comfortable to use, and built for long-term living.
A Compact Yet Refined Ensuite
Designed for efficiency without compromising comfort, the ensuite layout makes smart use of space with a walk-in shower, floating vanity and wall-hung toilet arranged to maintain clear circulation. The frameless glass shower keeps the room feeling open and airy, while the wall-mounted joinery enhances floor space and simplifies daily cleaning, creating a light and uncluttered environment.

Warm stone-look tiles flow continuously across the walls and floor to visually expand the room and deliver a cohesive, timeless finish. Brushed brass fixtures, a timber vanity and a softly backlit round mirror introduce warmth and character, adding a subtle touch of luxury.
