Positive: Professionalism, Quality If i can give smarter renovations by design 10 stars i would!!! We have recently purchased the house, we were looking for a professional bathroom and kitchen renovation company to do the work, smarter renovations by design came out from google search, we contacted them and in-home consultation was arranged with Bruce. The in-home meeting is brilliant, Bruce gave couples ideals how we can re-planning the area, what materials can be used to achieve a designer kitchen and bathrooms. (We had couples other quotes, the salespersons just aren’t as good as Bruce). So we decided to take a shot with smarter renovations by design. The project manager Tommy was introduced on the pre-start meeting, everything were mentioned and discussed ( I am so happy we can cover all the potential costs so there is no more surprises.) The jobs was taken approx. 7 weeks as i expected, they did actually followed every steps of the way according to the contract, the attention to details were excellent.

If you ask me” will you use them again”? definitely!!!

I was really stressful from the beginning of the project due to the outbreak of COVID19. I was uncertain about how delay the project would be effected. However, these guys completed the kitchen according to the original work schedule. overall, it is an excellent work, the new design is creative and accommodating ,the construction team are polite and hard working.
