Combining Spaces for Better Comfort & Function
The bathroom renovation focused on improving functionality, spatial efficiency, and everyday comfort. The original home had a separated layout, with an individual shower room, a separate toilet room, and another room containing the vanity and bathtub. These disconnected spaces were redesigned and combined into one large, cohesive bathroom, creating a more practical layout with clearer circulation and a significantly improved sense of openness.
To further enhance the home’s liveability, the existing 4th bedroom was converted into a new ensuite bathroom, adding convenience and long-term value while aligning with the home’s updated contemporary design language. Clean lines, modern fixtures, and a calm neutral palette bring a refined finish across all wet areas, delivering a timeless result suited to modern family living.
Kitchen Renovation
Improved Flow and Everyday Usability
The kitchen renovation was redesigned to improve functionality, storage, and overall usability while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. To achieve a more efficient layout, the original entrance from the hallway was removed, allowing the kitchen zone to be expanded and replanned with improved cabinetry and smarter storage solutions.

This change not only increased practical storage capacity, but also created a more streamlined kitchen experience with stronger flow and a clearer connection to the surrounding living areas—supporting everyday family living and long-term usability.
Laundry & Living Area Refresh
Bright, Cohesive and Family-Focused
The laundry was renovated and repositioned with a new entry point to improve accessibility and better integrate it into the overall home layout. Living areas were refreshed to create a brighter, more open interior, supported by simplified planning and carefully selected neutral tones that enhance natural light. Existing timber floorboards were sanded and restored to revive warmth and character, while a full internal repaint provides a consistent, refined backdrop that unifies all renovated spaces.
Landscaping & Outdoor Zones
A Complete Inside–Out Transformation

Landscaping was designed as a natural extension of the home, strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living. New external zones were created to support relaxing, entertaining, and practical everyday use, while durable, low-maintenance materials ensure the space remains functional and long-lasting. The result is a balanced outdoor setting that complements the home’s contemporary renovation and completes the transformation inside and out.
